Job Summary

As a Member Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our members. You'll work in our fast-paced communications center at our corporate headquarters in Lone Tree, CO, and will be responsible for:

• Learning about our members and their situations to provide personalized support
• Educating our members on the ways we can help them afford life
• Providing meaningful, careful, focused, and ethical product solutions
• Processing transactions like transfers and payments with courtesy and professionalism
• Performing advanced transactions like IRAs, CDs, open accounts, reputed company transfers, and handling disputes
• Growing with us by staying up-to-date on financial industry trends, products, services, and technological advances
• Sharing your knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities
• Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and teammates to deliver exceptional service

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Authenticity and a passion for helping others

• Understanding of Financial Products and services, similar to a Relationship Banker or Personal Banker
• Comfort and Confidence in recommending and processing financial products like loans
