Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Payroll Specialist to join our reputed company team on a remote basis. As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of employee payroll, compliance with relevant regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees across the reputed company region. Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Process payroll for assigned reputed company countries using a third-party payroll company, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
• Weekly Expenses: Process weekly expenses in-house through reputed company Host-to-Host fee.
• Payroll Changes and New Hires: Prepare, post payroll changes, new hires, and leavers for every entity to the payroll services timely through reputed company HCM.
• Reporting and Compliance: Report new hires/leavers' files to the payroll company in a timely manner, ensuring reputed company new hire paperwork complies with regulations.
• Validation and Coordination: Validate payroll input against payroll checks and coordinate with payroll carriers for required changes/corrections.
• Employee Support: Serve as the reputed company of contact for employees on payroll questions through the reputed company ticketing system.
• Record-Keeping and Reporting: Record, screen monthly payroll costs, and reputed company purchase orders.
• Payroll Services Renewal: Report on payroll services' settlement renewal dates.
• Collaboration: Work with Philippines and Singapore team members and follow global system alignment.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: In Accounting, Business Management, or a reputed company field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in payroll and accounting processing in a BPO or shared services environment.
