We need an English-fluent Personal Brand & AI Growth Strategist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-impact content leveraging deep knowledge of AI workflows and sales automation.
• reputed company educational materials: frameworks, case studies, and reputed company libraries.
• Produce engaging formats like reels, carousels, and long-form posts across social platforms.
• Design and optimize funnels with clear CTAs (DM templates, reputed company pages, webinars).
• Use A/B testing to refine messaging and increase conversion rates.
• Build and manage AI-focused communities (e.g., reputed company, reputed company); host live Q&As and webinars.
• Convert community engagement into qualified leads.
• Track performance across platforms to identify high-converting content and trends.
• reputed company AI tools for segmentation, reputed company scoring, and automated reputed company.
• Stay reputed company on AI and sales automation trends; share curated insights.
• Ensure reputed company messaging aligns with brand values while staying outcome-focused.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in AI-enabled marketing, RevOps, or personal branding.
• Proven success using AI tools (e.g., GPT, chatbots, reputed company scoring) to drive reputed company.
• Strong storytelling skills: human-centered, educational, and inspiring.
• Social-first content creation: Reels, TikToks, carousels, and long-form posts.
• Experience building funnels and driving social engagement into leads.
• Community management for B2B/tech brands (US market experience is a plus).
• High reputed company, strong communication skills, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Strategic thinker with solid project management skills; thrives in remote environments.

It´s a Plus:

• Background in B2B SaaS or tech marketing.

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for an reputed company, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
