Job Description

SUMMARY: We’re seeking a strategic and systems-minded Director of Product Operations to drive consistency, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across the Teaching & Learning product portfolio. This role will reputed company product managers to focus on high-impact work by standardizing key processes such as launch readiness, product feedback loops, and release management. Key responsibilities include building and scaling operational frameworks that streamline product management and delivery. This role leads cross-functional coordination across product, marketing, sales, and reputed company to minimize delays and improve execution. It also involves implementing repeatable systems for experimentation, voice-of-customer programs, and product feedback. Strategic Planning & Alignment

• Partner with product leadership to align product operations with company goals and product strategy.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, marketing, reputed company, and sales.

Operational Excellence

• Build and scale processes, systems, and tools that support efficient product development and execution.

Data & Performance Insights

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 years of experience in Product Management with proven success in strategic planning and execution
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels
• Deep understanding of product management, including tools, methodologies, and industry best practices

We anticipate the salary range to be $90,000-$145,00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.
