Supervisor, Billing Support

Must have flexibility Monday - Friday between 8:00am-8:00pm, EST for an 8-hour shift.

We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Billing Support Supervisor to reputed company reputed company of Billing Support Specialists. The Billing Support Supervisor will reputed company the daily operations of the billing support team, ensuring efficient and accurate billing processes, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of billing procedures, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of 7-10 Billing Support Specialists, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

• Address and resolve reputed company billing issues and escalations, working closely with the billing support team and other departments.
• Monitor and analyze billing support processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of billing activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with finance, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless billing operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of billing processes, procedures, and regulations, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using billing software (Xifin and Careviso is a plus)

Preferred
