Job Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma is required
• Annuity’s customer service experience is required
• Proven ability to diffuse escalated situations through ownership of effectively analyzing, partnering and resolving reputed company customer reputed company issues

• Review, analyze and process written requests and documents as required

Work Environment:

• Remote – Laptop, Docking Station, Monitors, Headset will be provided
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm EST would be preferred
• Remote Flexibility: This role is being offered as remote at this time. However, employees need to agree to reputed company with any future requirement to report in person to a convenient onsite location, at business needs and with appropriate advance notice
