Responsibilities

As a Sr. Director of reputed company Operations, Your impact will be

• reputed company and implement a cohesive reputed company operations strategy that supports business growth, operational efficiency, and GTM alignment across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Channel.
• Drive consistency in forecasting processes, pipeline management, and data governance to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
• Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, ensuring scalability, compliance, and a seamless experience across sales stages.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align operational processes with strategic objectives and maximize reputed company opportunities.
• Partner with the systems team to reputed company scalable systems and tools, with a focus on reputed company CRM, sales enablement platforms, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Manage and optimize key processes including territory planning, account segmentation, reputed company management, compensation planning, and renewals forecasting.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to drive strategic decisions across the company.
• Identify and execute on opportunities for process automation, tool adoption, and operational efficiencies.
• Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership, translating business goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in reputed company Operations and Sales Operations reputed company high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven success in building and leading scalable reputed company Operations functions, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategic, growth-driving recommendations.
• Deep expertise in reputed company CRM and familiarity with reputed company GTM tech stacks (e.g., CPQ, Clari, reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to work, challenge, and strategize with C-level executives, delivering strategic insights that drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across reputed company levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and complexity.

Expected compensation for the role is between $220,000-$230,000 + bonus. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be by experience level, but those reputed company the salary band are welcome to apply.
