Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to bring technical excellence, initiative and leadership to reputed company. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling our platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to build solutions that are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance.You’ll work across the stack, own the technical direction of major projects, proactively remove roadblocks and reputed company initiatives from concept to delivery. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in building full-stack applications at scale.
• Experience with NodeJS, React, Tailwind and Playwright
• Experience with state reputed company (Redux, XState and Nanostores is a plus)
• Deep understanding of architecture and best practices, including RESTful APIs, databases, secure coding, and reputed company design.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company Cloud, with a focus on performance.
