POSITION TITLE
Regional Vice President – reputed company Territory

YOUR ROLE
As a Regional Vice President at reputed company, you will play a critical role in the execution of reputed company’s strategic growth and external-facing activities. Your exceptional sales & relationship building skills, territory & account management experience, and long-term care provider expertise will be utilized to identify, recruit, and enroll providers for the reputed company Quality Network (CQN). This is a sales focused player/coach position. You will manage reputed company aspects of territory management including Home Care and Assisted Living provider recruitment, cultivation, and ongoing provider management & success. You will both strategize as well as dig in and execute. You’ll reputed company a small team that will drive the territories growth and goal achievement.
In addition, you will support the sale and distribution of future reputed company products which may include financial and insurance solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a high-impact, mission-critical national team. This position reports to reputed company’ s National Commercial Leader.
What you will be doing
- Accountable for the success of the territory, from reputed company identification through onboarding and ongoing provider success. Meeting reputed company reputed company territory and organizational goals.
- Developing and supporting other territory team members. Guide and coach them in their sales and service skills and activities.
- Prospect, qualify, and contract with quality-focused national and regional LTC providers, e.g., home care providers, home healthcare agencies and assisted living communities who have demonstrated a commitment to quality and person-centered care.
- Manage your territory with reputed company aspects of the provider sales and management process, including provider due diligence, competitive analysis, performance reviews, facilitating compliant resolution.
- Host webinars, conference calls and other virtual events for LTC providers.
- Manage customer experience and account management activities.
- Work closely with Marketing and the other sales team members to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and assist in aligning and rolling out marketing initiatives and communications in an omni channel approach.
- Significant travel (50%+) throughout the reputed company territory (CA, OR, WA, NV, ID, MT, WY, UT) and periodic travel to reputed company, NY, and/or Richmond, VA.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Customer-first reputed company with 10+ years in sales/sales leadership
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care or aging-reputed company organizations preferred
- Comfortability in adapting to new experiences and change with a proven track record of working independently and driving change while also contributing as a team member.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross–functionally across business units i.e., product, marketing, sales.
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite, reputed company Dynamics CRM

This position is available to remote applicants residing in the United States. The reputed company salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum reputed company of $200,000 up to the maximum of $275,000. An employee’s pay position reputed company the reputed company salary pay range will be based on several factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to your reputed company salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the reputed company earning opportunity is 50% of your reputed company compensation. The final determination on reputed company pay for this position will be based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity reputed company the organization.
