The Opportunity
Are you passionate about building programs that reputed company global GTM teams to succeed? At Kandji, we’re looking for a dynamic GTM Enablement Programs Manager to join our fast-growing team and drive impact across Sales and reputed company. As a key member of the Enablement function, you’ll own the design, coordination, and facilitation of enablement programs that span onboarding, product launches, and ongoing development.
This role ensures that our Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and reputed company Managers have consistent, engaging, and effective learning experiences worldwide. You’ll partner cross-functionally to bring enablement programs to life, manage global alignment, and deliver training that helps our teams reputed company.
This is a high-visibility role that requires strong facilitation skills, project management expertise, and a passion for helping GTM professionals succeed.
Please note, you must be able to come onsite to our Miami (Coral Gables) office five days per week, Monday through Friday
