Senior HR Business Partner

We're looking for an reputed company and strategic HR Business Partner to support our growing team in the Philippines. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to both local and U.S.-based senior leaders. You'll partner closely with U.S.-based managers and our global People team to shape and deliver people strategies that reputed company team performance, engagement, and growth.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Act as a thought partner to U.S. and Philippine-based senior leaders on organizational health, team performance, succession planning, and employee experience.

  • Manage sensitive employee relations issues end-to-end, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and documentation.

Operational & Advisory Support

  • Regularly engage with team members to assess morale and surface issues.
  • Coordinate and reputed company quarterly employee town halls or engagement sessions.
