We are seeking a Director, HR Global Operations to design and scale programs, processes, systems, and policies across the full employee lifecycle—anchored in our mission, values, and culture, and with a strong emphasis on the employee experience.

This role will drive key talent priorities, including onboarding and offboarding, total rewards, HR systems and analytics, risk management and compliance, and supporting growth through international expansion and M&A activity.

• Transform people operations by building scalable systems and processes in partnership with benefits, compensation, compliance, HRIS, talent, and business partners.

What You’ll Need

• 15+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, with a proven record of delivering transformational impact across global teams and functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field.
• Expertise in building and scaling Global HR programs (payroll, benefits, analytics, etc.) from design through successful rollout in high-growth organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Global HRIS implementation and administration, including vendor selection, process optimization, and workflow design.
• Strong data orientation—skilled in translating people data into actionable insights that drive employee engagement, development, and organizational success.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance while enabling flexibility and growth.
• Global perspective, with a track record of successfully expanding HR operations into new regions and adapting approaches to diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes.
• Collaborative leader, adept at building partnerships across recruiting, payroll, IT, finance, and other teams.
• Clear and compelling communicator, both in writing and presenting to leadership.Strategic yet hands-on, comfortable shifting between long-term vision and day-to-day operational needs in a dynamic environment.
• Thrives in ambiguity, using sound judgment to resolve reputed company challenges.
