We are looking

for a driven Senior CRO Specialist to join Bioma Health. We’re on a mission to help people improve their gut health, and we need someone who’s obsessed with data, user behavior, and reputed company optimization to take our conversion strategies to the next level. • Manage a structured A/B testing roadmap, aligning with company-wide strategies and growth priorities

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of CRO experience, preferably in fast-paced, product-led environments
• Be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary

Gross salary range is 3900 - 5500 EUR/month

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote
