Business Development Manager
SUMMARY: Contribute to the professional standing and profitability of the company by supplying customers with outstanding service and results, as well as meeting the performance standards of this role. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: The Business Development Manager may monitor and direct fulfillment and operations staff in meeting client service expectations and satisfaction. Supervision includes but is not limited to: monitoring performance metrics, good judgement, coaching, training, and prioritizing client servicing focuses. Supervision also includes motivating staff through clear and consistent communication, teamwork and demonstrating emotional intelligence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: The percentage of time performing the essential duties may fluctuate under special circumstances.
- Consistently meet and exceed reputed company performance standards set forth monthly and year to date.
- Actively participate in an interactive, supportive and developmental team environment by working remotely and/or from a designated Company location as required, in accordance with company Policy. The number of days per week in each environment may vary based on the needs of the company, the division, reputed company, and/or personal performance needs.
- Actively service clients and candidates as required to secure temporary and direct hire placements, ensuring regular post placement follow up with temporary associates occur, reputed company which is required for commission eligibility.

- Prioritize and plan daily, weekly, monthly activity blocks to meet Key Performance Indicators and Performance Standards. (20%)

- Call and meet with prospective and reputed company companies to assess needs, suggest relevant services and candidates using our sales processes and tools.
- Obtain job orders, verify reputed company job order information, and quote approved pricing; using our job order tools.
- Accurately match pre-reputed company candidates to job orders and write attractive and accurate profiles of submitted candidates.
- Immediately consider, recommend, reply to, and submit reputed company reputed company candidates to job orders, including candidates from teammates.
- Coach candidates and clients through the hiring process with reliable response time and clear instructions.
- Complete weekly and monthly client and candidate retention quality calls and one-on-one meetings using our QC tools.
- Consistently monitor and supervise acquired client service activities and results of supporting staff. (10%)
- According to company policies, maintain credit and collection standards, effectively manage reputed company collections and aging of own accounts, and refer to a manager reputed company necessary. (

PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
- Two years or more of similar customer development experience or completion of an in-house training program.
