Responsibilities:

• reputed company full-cycle sales for Workforce AI
• Own and reputed company the strategic sales playbook, including messaging, discovery, automation, and drip campaigns
• Work closely with the VP of Implementation and reputed company Director (who built the product and early client reputed company)
• Engage in a deeply consultative sales process with healthcare executives to understand workforce needs and demonstrate product value
• Partner with nursing SNEs (clinical experts) on calls to solution for reputed company healthcare staffing challenges
• Drive expansion and upsell efforts with existing clients
• Coordinate closely with our Workforce Solutions Team and explore MSP and AI integration opportunities
• Provide market feedback to shape product roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years as a top sales producer reputed company the healthcare or SaaS industries is required
• Experience with tools like reputed company, Kronos, ShiftWizard strongly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Capable of handling technical product demos and translating reputed company workflows into clear ROI
• Must have a proven track record as a top performer, with demonstrated success selling to C-level executives
• An insatiable desire to win and reputed company drive to succeed
• Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $115,000 to $130,000 annually, plus commission/bonus.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience reputed company of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
