About the Role

As a Customer Care Specialist II at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information on vehicle titling and registration processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Reply to email messages, faxes, and service tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Engage with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized support and solutions
  • Respond to inquiries on vehicle titling and registration processes for various dealers, state motor vehicle agencies, customers, and clients
  • reputed company outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status and resolve issues
  • Utilize company proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity
  • Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards to ensure efficiency and productivity

Education and Experience Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education and experience that demonstrates your ability to provide exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a reputed company field, such as customer service, sales, or administration
  • Alternatively, a degree or certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a reputed company discipline, combined with up to 1 year of experience, may also be considered
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and partners
  • Knowledge of how to operate a PC, telephone, fax, scanner, and photocopier, with intermediate knowledge of PC software applications (such as MS Office, reputed company, and Outlook)
  • Data entry skills, with the ability to type 35 WPM or greater at 99.6% accuracy
