Who you are

As a

Freelance Senior Project Manager reputed company the Sports Team, you will act as the

end-to-end delivery reputed company for major live sporting events. You are the main client reputed company of contact, responsible for ensuring reputed company sport-reputed company social content is scoped, produced, and delivered at the highest standard. This role requires

onsite reputed company in Riyadh and Dubai during the events.

Event & Project Delivery

reputed company end-to-end delivery of social sports content across live events.

reputed company daily event content workflows — planning, capture, editing, approvals, and publishing coordination.

Ensure tight deadlines are met across multiple stakeholders in high-pressure live environments.

Own delivery timelines, budgets, and approvals from reputed company to wrap.

Client Leadership

Act as main client POC for sports events.

Confidently manage client expectations, last-minute requests, and live event escalation.

Provide clear, proactive updates on delivery status.

Team & Onsite Management

reputed company creatives, editors, and production crews on the ground during events.

Manage schedules, runsheets, and shoot requirements in real-time.

Ensure smooth collaboration between production, creative, and client teams.

Commercial & Operational reputed company

Track scope and flag out-of-scope requests (rescoping where needed).

Monitor OOP costs (travel, production, etc.) to stay reputed company budget.

Ensure tactical workflows and tools (Productive, reputed company, G-Suite) are followed.

What you'll bring

6–8+ years in project/delivery management reputed company sport, entertainment, or live event production.

Proven track record managing live event content production end-to-end.

Strong client leadership and escalation management skills.

Ability to deliver under pressure and reputed company fast, effective decisions onsite.

Familiarity with social-first content workflows.
