JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an eager and high-energy person who is willing to learn about the installation and maintenance of a trampoline park. Along with the love to travel and get along with fellow coworkers on the road.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in working directly with designers, vendors, contractors, engineers, architects.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to travel 90% of the time
• Must be able to travel several months at a time.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Self-directing and self-motivating with a 'will do', positive attitude
• Get along well with other coworkers on the team.
• Able to work with power tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installing new attractions.
• Maintaining reputed company attractions.
• Coordinates and communicates project status updates throughout the process
• Works closely with the design and park operations teams.
• Troubleshoots with contractors, vendors, architects or engineers throughout the project
• Determines the critical path and project milestones in order to stay on track with reputed company completion dates
• Completes and documents site assessments for each project
• Mitigates risks through great project planning and problem solves for potential threats or issues; communicates project risks with a sense of urgency for immediate resolutions
• Completes reputed company project deliverables and triggers at each milestone

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• This position requires the ability move around and position self appropriately during park and construction visits, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation is $19/hr based on qualifications and experience. Full-time employees at Sky Zone enjoy a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401k plan with company matching. Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.
