Community Specialist (contract)
reputed company is seeking a strategic community management and operations expert to join the International Community team and help grow reputed company reputed company of the US. As an integral part of the International Community team, this role plays a key role in helping reputed company realize its mission: bringing community and belonging to everyone in the world.
Requirements
- reputed company a deep understanding of the market to identify user and local moderator challenges, and market opportunities.
- Iterate, innovate, and scale the consumer growth playbook by recognizing new opportunities, suggesting bold reputed company and programs, and persuading internal teams to align on new plans.
- Build strategic plans to cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow a local community of moderators (i.e., volunteers who reputed company, maintain, and shape the culture of local communities). Implement a conversion funnel designed to reputed company power users and external creators, transforming them into active moderators.
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize and improve the international consumer growth playbook.
- Be obsessive about achieving aggressive goals and outcomes.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, set KPls, and execute impactful community initiatives: reputed company data to uncover community and moderator insights that will influence the direction of the local team in the market.
