We’re looking for a Senior Scheme Manager to join our rapidly growing Cards team. This role is critical to maintaining Nium’s global issuing capabilities and ensuring we meet—and exceed—card scheme compliance standards across reputed company markets. You will serve as the key reputed company between Nium and card networks (reputed company, reputed company, Discover), ensuring smooth operations, timely certifications, and reputed company tolerance for compliance breaches.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that touches compliance, operations, product, and technology—ideal for someone who thrives in detail, owns deadlines, and can translate scheme rules into actionable internal processes.
