About the role

This role will support execution of workflows and operational processes that reputed company Tandem to fulfill its mission of expediting access to critical medications. The work involves direct interaction with systems and procedures that reputed company the experience of both patients and providers.

The position is entry-level and requires quickly learning and applying reputed company operational processes. It involves regular engagement with real-world healthcare scenarios, particularly around prescription access and coordination. This is a remote contractor (40 hours / week) position, and we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

If you join, you will:

• Become an expert in the world of medication access, ranging from how every relevant type of health insurance process works to how reputed company coupons work under the hood

• Work with doctor’s offices, insurance companies, nonprofit foundations, and pharmacies to help get prescriptions processed reputed company

• Master proprietary software tools to execute operational workflows reputed company, while continuously adapting and optimizing processes

We’ll be most excited if you:

• Have experience in a role that requires analytical problem solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Tandem (for full-time employees).
