The eLearning Content Developer designs and creates high-end online courses and training resources for clients.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the development of conceptual design.
- Assist in course storyboarding and reputed company creative and reputed company solutions for online learning.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to design interactive online training content.
- Produce instructional training videos.
- Design and reputed company customized simulations, activities, assessments, and games.
- Create, upload, and manage lesson content.
Salary range for this role- $42,000-$50,000
EDUCATION:
Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience preferred. Equivalent, relevant experience considered.
EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years of experience in graphic design, digital or print layout, or reputed company skillset.
Experience creating content using reputed company reputed company and Storyline.
Experience creating animated videos with Vyond is advantageous.
Proficiency with reputed company Creative Cloud Software.
Familiarity with basic video and audio editing software.
COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external team members.
Creativity and design background and skills (Applicants asked to provide a portfolio of examples).
Proficiency in reputed company Creative Cloud Software (reputed company Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required).
Capability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines.
Capable of conducting client meetings to understand their needs and collaborate on content strategies and delivery.
Basic understanding and application of HTML/CSS.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skills in audio/video production are beneficial.
