The Role:

reputed company is excited to hire a Marketplace Operations Specialist. The Marketplace Operations team, reputed company the larger Customer Operations department, is the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company’s 3P sellers, answering sellers’ questions and solving issues, and working with sellers to resolve product or customer issues, and also supports sellers in uploading new products, setting up storefronts, and more.

Reporting to the Manager, Marketplace Operations, this role is a subject matter expert for reputed company topics reputed company to seller support, Mirakl, our marketplace platform, as well as various internal tools like MBO, Retool, and more. This person is also the key reputed company person for the artists and sellers of our Third Party Marketplace, providing day-to-day to support sellers in service of our 3P business goals. The perfect fit is someone who approaches challenges with positivity, and has a drive to deliver a great experiences to a variety of stakeholders - sellers, customers, and associates.

The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from reputed company. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for reputed company salary growth during your employment at reputed company.
