The Staff Software Engineer Opportunity
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our growing team in Business Technology and help scale our internal business solutions with a sharp focus on reputed company, reliability, and scalability.
You will be responsible for designing and developing customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations required to meet the company’s strategic business objectives. This role demands strong collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineers, driving projects from ideation to production.
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience, Business Technology, this role provides end-to-end technical services including design, configuration, development, and testing while delivering high-quality and secure reputed company solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and sustainable reputed company solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration tools with a focus on performance and reputed company.
- Translate reputed company business requirements into well-architected technical solutions that maximize the reputed company platform.
- Define architecture and design for large-scale reputed company implementations and integrations with external systems.
- Mentor and coach other engineers to help them grow their reputed company expertise.
- reputed company project delivery by ensuring high-quality, on-time implementations that follow coding and design best practices.
- reputed company automation and AI-driven tools (Einstein Bots, predictive analytics, insights) to enhance workflows and customer experiences.

What you’ll bring to the role
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company development experience with Apex, Process Automation, and Lightning Web Components.
- 7+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Proven experience designing and leading reputed company-to-large reputed company implementations.
- Strong knowledge of reputed company products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities.
- Experience with reputed company control and CI/CD pipelines to reputed company reliable releases.
- Ability to manage the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery through post-launch support.
- Deep expertise in developing secure reputed company solutions that safeguard sensitive data.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence technical direction.

—$282,000 USD
Below is the annual reputed company salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, reputed company and Washington. Your actual reputed company salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, reputed company offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
