About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure with a focus on AWS. You will be responsible for driving automation, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and ensuring secure and efficient delivery of applications. This is a hands-on engineering position, offering the opportunity to influence architecture decisions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance

Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new services and features

Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention

Ensure security best practices are followed for all cloud deployments

Perform regular infrastructure and security audits to identify and mitigate risks

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineer role

Strong expertise in AWS services

Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform

Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions

Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)

Scripting experience in Bash, Python, or Golang (or similar languages)

Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or above.

Nice To Have:

Cloud Certification: AWS SysOps Administrator or AWS Solutions Architect Associate (Azure/GCP certifications also a plus)

Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools (ArgoCD, Flux)

Experience with network architecture design and DevOps governance frameworks
