[Remote] Business Analyst (Enterprise Systems)

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating objectives into specifications, and supporting system implementations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and operational needs
- Translate business objectives into functional specifications and system requirements
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements reputed company with business goals
- Support enterprise system implementations and enhancements by collaborating with technical teams
- reputed company analysis deliverables such as:
- Business and functional requirement specifications
- Workflow diagrams and operational models
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Assist in testing phases including UAT and post-deployment validation
- Support data reviews, reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements
- Help create user documentation, training content, and adoption materials
- Participate in change initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption
- Track system updates and suggest optimizations that enhance business performance
Skills
- Interest in working with large-scale business systems such as ERP, CRM, or cloud platforms
- Strong communication skills to convert business conversations into clear, actionable documentation
- Detail-oriented thinking with a passion for process improvement and data-driven decision-making
- Experience or academic exposure in business analysis, operations, HR, finance, payroll, or enterprise applications
- Prior experience in functional analysis, system support, or reporting
