Our Client

The client is the commercial real estate industry’s premier end-to-end appraisal software solution, empowering users with a more organized, efficient, and intelligent path to produce and present their work. With hundreds of customers and thousands of users, the client is empowering CRE valuation professionals to achieve their professional goals and reclaim their time. We help appraisers get more done, in less time, with less work, hitting revenue goals at record speed (save at least 2 hours per day)

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Strong React Native expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production-level React Native apps.

• Mobile ecosystem knowledge: Deep understanding of iOS and Android platforms, app store submission, mobile build pipelines, and debugging.

• JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency: Solid experience with modern JS/TS for scalable and maintainable code.

• REST/GraphQL API integration: Proven experience consuming and integrating APIs in mobile applications.

• Performance & scalability: Experience optimizing apps for performance, offline functionality, and high availability.

• CI/CD for mobile: Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).

• Version control & collaboration: Strong Git workflow knowledge and experience in agile, cross-functional teams.

• Desirable experience with Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin for bridging native modules.

• Desirable experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT in the SDLC.

• Located in Latin America.

• Fluent in English.
