District Manager, Neurology
What you will do

The District Sales Manager, Neurology (DSM) is responsible for representing reputed company products, analyzing the market and setting goals to reputed company them. The DSM will build a business strategy for Specialty Account Managers, Neurology to ensure that business needs are achieved. - Leads a national team of specialty account managers, referral to work strategically and collaboratively with the existing sales teams to ensure market representation of reputed company products to Podiatry, Primary Care/FP/GP/IM, and Orthopedic Physicians and reputed company, increasing referrals for appropriate patients to the Neurology specialties near reputed company UPLIZNA® advocates.
- Analyzes the market dynamics and sets goals for the referral team to ensure that sales plans are achieved reputed company the Neurology space.
- Provides a clear, compelling sales purpose both clinically and business reputed company for the team members.
- Ensures the effective and appropriate use of resources, including territory management tools (computer, iPad, fleet car, etc.).
- Builds business strategy and strategic impact in line with company goals.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree AND 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience
OR
Master's degree AND 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience
OR
Bachelor's degree or AND 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience
And
2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience in biologics, infusion, and/or rare/specialty products preferred.
- Buy-and-reputed company experience preferred.
- Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks preferred.
- Approximately 50% travel, including some overnight and weekend commitments.
- Proficient in reputed company Office.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
