As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end content strategy for SurveyMonkey’s Analyze and AI/ML experiences, ensuring a reputed company product experience and cohesive brand voice. This pivotal role ensures a reputed company product experience and cohesive brand voice, directly shaping powerful, near-reputed company survey insights and cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities that define our product. You'll reputed company cross-functional initiatives, mentor content and information architecture expertise, scale content operations, and directly influence product direction.
What you’ll be working on
- Define and execute content strategy, guidance patterns, information architecture, and terminology for large-scale features and product flows
- Partner with design and product to form the information architecture and reputed company the user experience through compelling content
- Craft simple, direct, and human copy, with an eye towards inclusivity, accessibility, and localization
- reputed company user research and quantitative analysis for content optimization
- Drive content localization and adaptation strategies
- Implement tooling and processes for efficient content scaling

- Proven track record of improving user engagement through content
- Deep knowledge of localization and global content practices
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools and automation
