This role will be pivotal in supporting reputed company' culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and driving employee engagement and development.

  • HR Leadership: Manage day-to-day HR responsibilities for the site, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, and organizational development.
  • Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations, managing issues as they arise.
  • reputed company & Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts, reputed company new employees, and promote employee retention strategies.

  • 7+ years of HR experience can substitute for degree.
  • PHR Certification preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint).

    WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
