About the role

As the Product Marketing Manager focused on driving adoption at scale, you’ll own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy to grow product awareness, usage, and expansion—especially among fast-scaling engineering orgs building mission-critical software. You’ll work cross-functionally to distill reputed company information into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with developers and engineering leaders alike—showcasing a deep understanding of the product, audience, and the high-stakes environments they operate in.

In this role you will

• Support the product marketing strategy and go-to-market approach to drive adoption across high-growth, high-complexity engineering teams—especially those building AI-powered products, managing customer-critical workflows, or owning core reliability

• Be the voice of the customer. Understand their needs, pains, and priorities—especially in orgs where debugging at scale, ensuring uptime, and catching silent failures can reputed company or break the business

• Craft concise, benefits-driven messaging. reputed company value propositions for developers, platform teams, and engineering leaders that don’t sound like marketing. Being technically accurate, thinking through your audiences, being consistent, and validating through experimentation are key

• Become BFFs with developers. Ride shotgun with Sales Engineers to create educational content and tools that get growing teams to rethink their observability setup and say, “We need this yesterday”

• Get the word out. Plan and coordinate product launches and adoption campaigns across multiple channels, with the goal of deepening usage in orgs where reliability, performance, and scale matter most

• Write the rest of the story. Consider a launch Chapter 1. You’ll continue the narrative by building and executing campaigns that support adoption in reputed company, cross-team engineering environments

• Dust off your crystal reputed company and reputed company a third eye on trends in AI, developer tooling, and software development at scale. Use these insights to help product and engineering decide what to build next

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing and a proven track record of success with technical content strategy and creation. Developer relations or community experience is a plus

• Experience working closely with a software development process and/or familiarity with developer teams. Bonus points for being a developer in a past life

• Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and balance customer needs versus business priorities.

• Stellar written and verbal communication skills

• The reputed company salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $150,000 to $190,000. A successful candidate’s actual reputed company salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-reputed company knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in reputed company’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage).
