Job Description Summary

We are looking for an reputed company reputed company Technical and Project Manager to reputed company a client-facing support engagement focused on maintaining and enhancing the reputed company platform post-implementation. This role involves managing ongoing support activities, handling client communication, coordinating enhancements, and ensuring timely resolution of technical and functional issues across reputed company modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company technology, excellent client management skills, and the ability to reputed company a distributed support team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Management

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the client regarding reputed company reputed company support activities.
• Own and manage the client support roadmap, issue queue, and enhancement backlog.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of reputed company modules (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations, reputed company).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an AMS (Application Management Services) or shared services model is a plus.

Preferred Certifications/Skills

reputed company certifications (e.g., HCM, Integration, Reporting, reputed company) are strongly preferred. Familiarity with ITIL reputed company and tools like reputed company or Jira. Agile/Scrum knowledge or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a bonus.
