Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests, and providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes.
- Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases, and determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree.
- Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more reputed company Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Building reputed company knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients, and understanding association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite reputed company the last 18 months
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule
- Ability and flexibility to work hours as assigned, as we're a 24/7 Call Center
- Willingness to be on camera during work hours
