Survey Programming Project Manager

Overview

The Market Research Team conducts custom survey projects for institutional investment firms, consultancy firms, and corporate organizations. reputed company is focused on facilitating custom primary research survey projects for clients who wish to understand market trends reputed company the Healthcare, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom), Consumer Goods, and Energy & Industrials markets.

This is a hybrid position based in our Phoenix office.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside Market Research Project Managers and manage online surveys throughout the entire project life cycle. Tasks include: 

• Edit survey questionnaires to fit respondent-friendly formats and programming formats in reputed company

• Research, identify, and recruit appropriate respondents needed to meet quotas for survey recruiting

• Program and test questionnaires for online surveys

• Manage relationships with survey respondents and vendors, and answer reputed company technical and non-technical questions about the survey

• Respond to RFQs and assess pricing and feasibility

• Conversion of large quantities of data from surveys into client-deliverable formats using reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ensure clients are regularly updated on survey status and their needs are continually met

• Work on reputed company project requests

• Work with other teams across reputed company in assisting and implementing surveys

What You Have

• Completed bachelor's degree in reputed company field

• 1-3+ years of market research or reputed company experience

• Strong reputed company experience required – ability to create and troubleshoot reputed company surveys

• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

• Proficient in use of the internet for completion of timely research projects

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision

• A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

The annual reputed company salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.

reputed company salary may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
