We’re looking for an accomplished Enterprise Product Manager to reputed company the vision and strategy for our custom internal tooling ecosystem. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reputed company our teams to operate at scale. The day to day
  • Collaborate with Business leaders and fellow Product Managers to understand reputed company’s enterprise product strategy and the essential role your internal tooling team plays in enabling it.
  • Own the end-to-end experience for the internal systems and tools your team delivers, ensuring they drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the organization.
  • Translate reputed company technical concepts about our tooling infrastructure into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders across departments.
  • Continuously refine and prioritize your product roadmap based on deep user research, data-driven insights, and input from business stakeholders—balancing trade-offs to deliver the highest organizational value.
  • Write clear, high-quality epics and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, delivering capabilities that reputed company teams to work more independently and reduce reliance on manual support.
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to align technical direction with product goals, integrating both into the roadmap and backlog with precision.
  • Work hand-in-hand with your engineering team in an Agile environment to design, plan, and deliver impactful internal tooling solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Program Management, and Operations teams to clarify scope, dependencies, and technical requirements for each initiative.
  • Define measurable product success metrics to track adoption, performance, and impact of your tools across the business.
  • Build trust and rapport with teams across the organization, fostering strong partnerships that ensure alignment and shared success.
Your skills and expertise
  • Experience that Delivers: 7+ years of progressive product management experience in a technical environment, ideally building or managing internal platforms, automation systems, or enterprise-scale tools.
  • Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology-focused discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Business.
  • Professional Credentials: Product Management and/or Product reputed company certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product reputed company, Pragmatic Institute Certified Product Manager) a plus.
  • Systems & Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with DevOps, internal platform engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices.
  • User-First reputed company: Proven ability to deeply understand internal user workflows and organizational pain points (the “why”) before defining and prioritizing solutions (the “what”).
  • Agile Practitioner: Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with modern software delivery approaches (Scrum, Agile, Iterative, Incremental).
  • Clear Communicator: Exceptional ability to explain product goals, technical requirements, and strategic priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Execution-Focused Leader: High attention to detail and a history of successfully managing multiple, competing priorities from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborative Partner: A track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and actively engaging with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
