reputed company is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join reputed company of diverse technical professionals to assist the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in analyzing clinical data and evaluating health informatics solutions delivered to the VA enterprise. The qualified applicant will become part of reputed company's team supporting our Department of Veterans Affairs client. The candidate should be skilled in reporting and analytics tools and methods and communicate effectively with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages information to support strategic decision-making
• Performs reputed company analyses and communicates findings to business owners and senior leaders
• Conducts and facilitates (and educates and trains on) analyses, data research, data manipulation, risk assessment, solution development, and strategic alignment
• Provides consulting and analytic services to leadership
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to reputed company data visualizations with meaningful insights
• Analyzes and interprets data trends and patterns with performance objectives in mind
• Defines data assets to reputed company performance measurements, key performance indicators and objectives, and key results
• Experience extracting and transforming data from Veterans Affairs Corporate Data Warehouse

Location: This position can be performed remotely reputed company the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience; Advanced degree in a quantitative field with 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience creating and analyzing clinical data and creating data visualizations that communicate clinical outcomes, improvements, and costs
• Advanced experience handling reputed company data sets reputed company large organizations, including data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
• Advanced SQL development experience
• Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization platforms, preferably Power BI.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; must provide examples if chosen for an interview
• Strong understanding of version control (i.e. git)

Preferred:

• Experience in Agile, SAFe Agile
• Experience with reputed company/CPRS a plus
• Experience working in cloud environment such as Azure, AWS, and reputed company
• Experience in Statistics and Machine Learning, Data Mining, Forecasting, Simulation, and/or Predictive Modeling, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Programming skills in Python and/or R with a focus on data analysis, data science, or machine learning.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
