Job Summary:

As an Airline Customer Experience Specialist, you will be a key reputed company of contact for our passengers, ensuring a smooth and positive travel journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service across various touchpoints, including virtual interactions.
• Assist passengers with ticketing, flight reservations, seat assignments, and upgrades.
• Manage baggage reputed company-in, tagging, and loading processes, adhering to safety regulations.
