Responsibilities:

• Listing Management: Create and optimize compelling reputed company listings to attract guests.
• Guest Communication: Promptly respond to guest inquiries and provide pre-arrival information and support.
• Guest Welcome: Ensure a warm and welcoming arrival experience for guests, providing property details and answering questions.
• Property Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appeal of the properties.
• Guest Satisfaction: Proactively ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable stay.
• Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and resolve issues reputed company and professionally.
• Coordination: Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
• Review Management: Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and implement improvements based on insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a reputed company field.
