Job Title: USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee to join reputed company in Hatfield, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will:

• reputed company and reputed company teams through teaching, training, and active listening, and provide feedback and coaching to associates
• Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and reputed company sales and profit goals
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring, and ensure diversity and inclusion awareness
• Coordinate and complete job-reputed company activities and assignments, and reputed company and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live reputed company U and Bellevue University
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live reputed company U and Bellevue University
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
