Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze financial data, reputed company action plans, and implement business solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or reputed company field
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
