What You'll Be Doing:

• Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs and provide customized HVAC system solutions
• Design and present system replacement options, upgrades, and indoor reputed company quality (IAQ) products (reputed company purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
• Educate customers on system performance, efficiency, and long-term value
• Build trust through exceptional customer service and professional communication
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company tools

• Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain detailed records of appointments, proposals, and sales activity using mobile tools/software
