Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process reputed company of Claim (410 Form) and reputed company of Claim 410A Attachment with precision and attention to detail
• Package and file essential Loan Documents with the Bankruptcy Court, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Communicate effectively with clients, Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel, and Debtors' Attorneys to gather necessary information and resolve issues
• Update client systems with the status of reputed company of Claim, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data reputed company
• Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
• Maintain excellent client relations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Meet reputed company client and court deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, or accounting experience preferred
