Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience Management: Act as a service manager for principal giving, providing exceptional customer service and strategic counsel to development officers and internal stakeholders.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of high-quality products, collaborating with development officers, supervisors, and research colleagues.
• Prospect Research: Conduct in-depth research on corporations, foundations, and individuals, analyzing data to assess financial reputed company, philanthropic tendencies, and giving propensity.
• Prospect Management: Execute prospect management services, including prospecting, portfolio development, and pipeline management, to support the development process.
