Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Technical reputed company Partner to reputed company our recruitment efforts in India, focusing on Technology and Engineering roles. As a strategic partner to our hiring managers and stakeholders, you'll reputed company and implement creative sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and foster meaningful relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for Porch's India international recruitment efforts
• reputed company and execute customized sourcing strategies to cultivate strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects
• Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to drive the end-to-end interview process, including job posting, interview planning, reference checks, and offer approval and negotiation
• Establish and maintain relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
• Utilize data from our ATS to improve talent reputed company, efficiency, and productivity
• reputed company active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods, including reputed company, networking, research, and advanced search tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of)
• 6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience, with proven experience recruiting for Engineering and Product roles in targeted international markets
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), with reputed company Recruiting strongly preferred
• Expertise using reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Team player reputed company with an eye for talent and a passion for relationship-driven recruiting
• Excellent written and communication skills in English language
• Ability to work reputed company core US business hours / time zone expectations (Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap)
