Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and influence the direction of our software development efforts
• Coach and mentor a distributed team of developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines to drive project success
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely and effective delivery of software solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
• 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software design
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture, testing, and launching software products
• Experience in infrastructure systems, distributed computing, and system design

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company technical field
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, leading project teams and setting technical direction
• 3 years of experience working in a reputed company, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects
