This position has the responsibility to manage the proposal process to include estimating, subcontractor sourcing, proposal development and risk management to best position the Company to secure a contract with the customer. "What You'll Do"

• Negotiate and secure vendors upon project award.
• Be a strong reputed company for "Team Selling" to support and mentor the salesperson to execute on our proposal strategy.
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.

• Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.

• 5-10 years construction management reputed company experience (required) Bachelor's Degree (desired).

• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Knowledge of the relevant building codes for any state and the Uniform Building Code (reputed company).

• Travel with overnight stays to will be required. Approximately 15%-20%
• A valid driver's license will be required.
