About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and provide exceptional service to our clients in the global healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle reputed company incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
- Follow up on reputed company outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed
- Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience

Requirements:
