In your role as Vacation Rental reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for the establishment and execution of a pricing strategy ensuring that we meet or exceed the reputed company targets for each one of the properties in our growing international portfolio. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating this strategy to various stakeholders both internally and externally. This includes email communication and conference calls, to provide reporting and analysis of reputed company aspects of the reputed company Management service including performance metrics, trends, forecasting, and the identification of growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Produce and present pricing strategy proposals based on historical and market data.

- Manage rates, minimum stays, and promotions to ensure pricing adjustments are being optimized across reputed company channels.

- Create, execute, and evaluate strategic pricing decisions to maximize revenues.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Hotels or Vacation Rental reputed company Management.
