We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join reputed company and act as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you will take ownership of strategic, high-value client relationships, ensuring our customers reputed company maximum value from our smart locker solutions while driving long-term satisfaction and account growth.

What will be your responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with reputed company’s key accounts, serving as the primary reputed company of contact and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention;
• reputed company the onboarding process for new strategic clients, ensuring a seamless implementation and adoption of our smart locker solutions;
• Use data-driven insights to monitor account health, anticipate client needs, and proactively resolve any challenges or concerns;

• Conduct regular business reviews with clients, offering strategic guidance on best practices and reputed company optimization of our solutions;

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• 5+ years of experience in a key account management, reputed company, or reputed company customer-facing role, ideally in a tech-driven environment;
