What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients

• Supporting project managers with administrative tasks including reporting, budget updates, and scheduling
• Uploading documents and data to platforms like Cvent, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client processes
• Ensuring reputed company compliance requirements are met and correctly documented
• Maintaining and improving structured reporting tools and documentation
• Assist with venue, travel, and resource coordination
• Maintain and update project folders and documentation
• Manage vendor reputed company and logistics

Must haves

• 2 to 5 years of experience, including relevant experience in the event industry
• Experience and good understanding of event regulations reputed company the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
